Tete Kelly ("we", "us") is a Zimbabwean matchmaking service for serious relationships and marriage, operated by Calistas Namatai Mazai and available through the Tete Kelly app and tetekellyzim.online. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The service is strictly for adults aged 18 and over.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: your name, phone number, gender, age, and country. Your phone number is your account identity — we do not use passwords.
• Profile content you choose to add: photos, a short bio, location, and your partner preferences.
• Chat messages you exchange with Tete Kelly's assistant, used to provide the matchmaking service.
• Payment confirmations: if you purchase a package, you send us proof of an EcoCash or InBucks payment (for example a screenshot). Payments are processed by those services, not by us — we never see or store your PIN, card, or wallet credentials.
• Technical data: basic device/browser information and push-notification tokens so the app can reach you.

2. How we use your information

• To provide matchmaking: understanding who you are and what you are looking for, and introducing you to compatible, vetted members.
• To verify payments and unlock your package benefits.
• To send you service messages and notifications (matches, replies, offers).
• To keep the community safe: we manually vet members and may remove accounts that break our rules.

3. Automated assistant

The chat in our app is answered by Tete Kelly's AI assistant. Tete Kelly herself personally reviews payments, vets members, and approves matches.

4. What we share

• With other members: after your payment is verified, your first name, age, and contact details are shared with matching members — including through our moderated WhatsApp communities — so you can connect. That is the purpose of the service.
• Service providers: we use infrastructure providers (hosting, push notifications) that process data on our behalf.
• We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep your account information while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by messaging Tete Kelly in the app or emailing calistasmazai@gmail.com. We will remove your profile, photos, and chat history from active systems within 30 days.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled servers. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.

7. Age policy

Tete Kelly is for adults 18+. We ask for your age at sign-up and remove accounts of anyone we discover to be underage.

8. Changes and contact
